My background spans customer-facing websites and applications, internal operations, regulated workflows, automation and enterprise systems. I have worked across startups, professional services and environments where reliability affects real operations.

Alongside client delivery, I build and operate my own products. That experience shapes how I make decisions about scope, maintainability, user behaviour, launch and the cost of complexity.
