My background covers customer products, internal operations, regulated workflows, automation and enterprise systems. I have worked across startups, professional services and environments where the software has to hold up in day-to-day operations.

I also build and operate my own products. That keeps my decisions tied to the reality of finding demand, making a product useful, supporting it after launch and deciding what is worth building next.
