The idea is straightforward: set your appointment types and scheduling rules, share a booking link, and let Scheduler handle the routine coordination. Teams can route bookings across staff, send reminders, manage reschedules and cancellations, and keep client history alongside the calendar. Waitlists and feedback help with the work that happens around an appointment, too.
